To engage the next generation of sneaker-heads in L.A. through the lens of Air Max, we created an Air Lab where kids could be fully immersed in the technology found in the airbags that make Air Max an icon. As Air Recruits, the kids learned about several different properties of air through hands-on experiments based in chemistry and physics led by Air Scientists. To finish off their “training”, recruits were tasked with designing their own unique Air Max bubble, using the knowledge gained from the earlier experiments.
